Employers should be able to measure this contribution by the degree to which the
recruiting partnership supports their strategic objectives for acquiring
external talent while also
leveraging their internal resources to the fullest. And like all

As with employers, the key success

I am very fortune to have become acquainted with many high-achievers over
the years and as I've followed their careers, the one common attribute I've
noticed is that “talent” always finds a way to stand out, to perform at it's
best, when placed in a conducive environment – regardless of the
individual’s industry or the title on their business card. For an
analogy, I would say that "talent" is a lot like water - it seeks it's own level
until challenged by the right environment or atmosphere to rise higher...and
