We conduct a deep-dive external search
for passive, semi-active and active job seekers using best in class executive research
tools and methodologies, while concurrently mining our clients' ATS, employee
referral leads and other internal resources for qualified applicants as directed
by our client.
When one of our assigned positions is
filled with a candidate sourced through our external search, we earn an
additional success fee less our monthly service charge, which is comparable to
the cost of a contract recruiter. Assigned positions that are filled with a
candidate from our client's internal resources are not subject to an additional
fee; our client simply replaces the internally filled requisition with a new one
and our project continues.

which is more competitive than traditional search firms and the savings are
sustainable as business needs and recruiting efficiencies change within our

CTA Overview

A
monthly service retainer comparable to the hourly rate for an experienced
contract recruiter covers the time of our subject matter recruiting expert,
an on-line collaboration portal and our world-class talent research tools.

VerticalReach executes an external search for the assigned positions, while
also pursuing and managing the recruitment experience of the employer's
internal applicants (at our client's request).

A "success fee", less any unapplied monthly service
charges invoiced to date,
rewards our effort when we fill an assigned position with an
external
candidate we have sourced.

Positions filled with candidates acquired via our
client's internal resources (e.g. employee referral, career site
applicant etc.) are not subject to a success fee; our client simply assigns us a replacement
requisition and the project continues.

Our total fee on placed candidates is based on a negotiated percentage of annual salary
and is guaranteed to represent an appreciable value in terms of recruitment
process ROI and cost savings vs. transactional recruitment vendors.

A CTA project can be terminated with 30 days notice (a
higher contingency fee would apply to future related hires), or placed
on hold without penalty if restarted within 30 days.
