OUR PROCESS
Our
proprietary LeanSix Search™
process is comprised of six steps, or "blocks", which enhance QUALITY,
SPEED and VALUE when executed within a framework of collaboration
and openness. While reducing
variance and defect can be an elusive challenge in any
endeavor where success depends upon the judgment and consensus of dispersed
stakeholders, our process leverages the factors which most impact
quality, speed and value in order to deliver continual improvement for our
