OUR PROCESS

 

Our proprietary LeanSix Search process is comprised of six steps, or "blocks", which enhance QUALITY, SPEED and VALUE when executed within a framework of collaboration and openness.  While reducing variance and defect can be an elusive challenge in any endeavor where success depends upon the judgment and consensus of dispersed stakeholders, our process leverages the factors which most impact quality, speed and value in order to deliver continual improvement for our clients in terms of total cost and quality as gauged by hiring-manager satisfaction.

    VerticalReach receives job description and is briefed by HR and hiring manager. High-performance indicators for the position are documented with regard to knowledge, skills, attributes and performance history (KSAP), and codify requirements on a talent competency decision template.

    Develop a collaborative, multi-channel sourcing strategy, confirm internal/external communication protocol and reporting frequency; commence sourcing active and passive candidates.

    Client interviews and selects the finalist candidate. VerticalReach facilitates additional referencing, offer preparation & presentation and new-hire on-boarding.

     

  6. Seat, Secure & Debrief

     

    High-performance talent seated in the position.  VerticalReach conducts a 90-Day assimilation check and initiates a 360° post-search debriefing with our client to identify improvement opportunities for subsequent search engagements.
